Will my pumpkins last all season?

At Calidad Porch & Patch, every pumpkin is hand-selected for hardy stems, firm skins, and no blemishes—giving you the best chance for a long-lasting display.

Of course, North Florida’s fall is warm and wet, and pumpkins are living things.

Just like mums or porch plants, care makes a difference.

A few simple tips will help yours stay beautiful:

  • Keep them out of direct sun when possible and away from irrigation
  • Remove any “softies” quickly to protect the rest
  • A light spritz with diluted bleach or vinegar water to slow bacteria
  • Spray Peppermint Oil and sprinkle Cayenne to keep critters away
